Our Service Cover Plans give you peace of mind

We believe our customers should have the opportunity to spread the cost of any boiler service & maintenance over affordable monthly payments whilst still receiving S A Hancock’s first class service.

By joining, you will receive priority call outs to ensure any unwanted breakdowns are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Plan 1 - What is included?

Our engineers will carry out a service to ensure your boiler is running as safely and as efficiently as possible & in guidance with manufacturers stipulations.

A service maintenance checklist will be produced & any faults reported & dealt with accordingly.

Engineers will inspect any existing CO alarms to confirm that they are in date, in working order and installed correctly.

We will clean the system filter. This will prevent sludge and debris from clogging up your boiler & central heating system causing reduced efficiency & unwanted breakdowns.

If your boiler or heating system breaks down, you will have peace of mind that you will be given up to 5 priority call outs. These will be within our usual business working hours.

We aim to get to you within 48 hours. However, in peak times, this may vary.

If your boiler or boiler manufacturers controls are at fault, we will contact the boiler manufacturer whilst on site to arrange a repair under your guarantee.

If the fault lies outside the boiler an estimate will be provided for parts & labour.

Boilers that are out of their manufacturers guarantee period

Carry out a boiler service and system inspection to ensure your boiler is running as safely and as efficiently as possible and there are no pre-existing installation faults or wear and tear.
We will advise of any suitable upgrades to the system and/or boiler and provide an estimate if required prior to your commencement of this cover plan.
